Senate → Gates → Wall Street → AI
Enterprise AI strategist. Change agent. Builder of things that didn't exist before. Zero to 98% voluntary adoption at a publicly traded investment bank.
Perspectives
Ideas I keep coming back to — shaped by a decade across government, philanthropy, and finance.
Methodology
The playbook behind the results.
Before building anything, understand the real problem. Map stakeholders, identify friction, and find where people are today — not where you assume they are.
Ship fast, iterate faster. Pilot programs, measure what works, and let real usage data — not assumptions — drive the roadmap.
Technology without adoption is just an expense. Design every rollout for the humans who'll use it — training, governance, and trust built in from day one.

Case Studies
Real examples of what I've built, led, and transformed.
Led the implementation of Claude Enterprise across all 8 practice groups at a publicly traded boutique investment bank (~20 years old) with 11 global offices. Built AI governance frameworks and presented to the Board of Directors, organized cross-firm AI peer groups, and achieved industry-leading adoption metrics. Self-funded the entire AI technology stack through $710K+ in savings and separately delivered ~$1.5M in broader operational cost savings.
As COO, led operational transformation for the largest revenue-generating advisory team. Helped scale the Central Planning Team, contributed to the multi-year roadmap, designed pricing models, and managed a growing team.
Led Human Capital and Technology workstreams for the Bloomberg LP acquisition — managed information flow, scenario planning, and deal execution. Produced board materials and management presentations throughout the process.
The real strategic question isn't "which AI tools should we buy?" — it's "how do we build an organization that can leverage AI as a capability, not just a feature?"
Open To
I'm always interested in connecting with people thinking about these things.
How to move from pilot to full adoption — and build governance that enables speed, not friction.
Getting 700+ people to voluntarily change how they work — the human side of transformation.
Navigating compliance, risk disclosure, and board-level strategy in highly regulated environments.
Building new functions from scratch, designing enablement programs, and making technology serve people.
Advising across the C-suite simultaneously — CEO, CFO, CHRO, CLO, CIO — and keeping everyone aligned.
Helping mission-driven organizations access the same AI capabilities as Fortune 500 companies.
Career Journey
Every chapter built the skills for what comes next.

About Me
I grew up in Reno, Nevada — one of five kids in a blended family, surrounded by the Sierra Nevada, Lake Tahoe, and the kind of outdoors that teaches you to figure things out on your own. I played volleyball for years — high school and a club team in Northern California — before trading the court for a work schedule that started at 15: first a paint-your-own pottery studio, then a preschool classroom to pay my way through college at UNR — where I majored in Political Science and minored in Cultural Anthropology — with a stint as a certified ski and snowboard technician up at Tahoe mixed in.
In college, I interned for a U.S. Senator while moonlighting as a paralegal and private bookkeeper for litigators and individuals navigating the healthcare system. I presented research on "The Effect of Institutional Characteristics of Public Support for National Legislatures" at the Western Political Science Association conference in Hollywood. I was also in a sorority. The range started early.
That through-line — learning fast, translating between worlds, doing the work nobody else wants to do — carried me from the Senate floor to Melinda French Gates' office to Wall Street to leading the AI transformation at a boutique investment bank. I'm a lifelong learner: every new chapter has been an excuse to go deep on something I didn't know yet, and that curiosity is what makes me good at what I do. What drives me isn't the technology itself. It's the moment someone goes from skeptical to "wait, this changes everything." I've watched that happen 750+ times at Perella Weinberg, and it never gets old.
I may live in New York now, but nature is still a huge part of my life, with the best parts of my week spent in the parks with Farley, my 80-pound goldendoodle. When I'm not walking him, I'm reading, researching, spending time with friends, thinking about what the world will look like in five years, and browsing real estate upstate for a little country cottage with a bit of land.
"I build the bridge between what AI can do and what organizations will actually let it do."
What I Value
Say what you mean, share what you know, build trust by default. The best teams operate in the open.
Senate to Gates to Wall Street to AI — every chapter required learning fast and adapting faster. Change is the constant.
A lifelong learner who goes deep on what she doesn't know yet. The best ideas come from asking "why not?"
Do the right thing, especially when it's the hard thing. Trust is the foundation of everything that lasts.
